Q1: What are your payment methods?
A1:We accept all major credit cards and process payments via PayPall

Q2: How do I choose the right size?
A2: size fit is described on each product. All sizes measurements correspond with this chart for women's swimwear sizes

Q3: How can I check my order status?
A3:All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours, with email notifications send out on completion of shipment. We provide the waybill that allows you to track the order via the selected courier. 

Q4: Can I edit my order after it has been confirmed?
A4:Orders that are pending can be changed or canceled without penalty. Once your order has been processed any changes made to your order will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Confirmed special orders and orders that have been shipped are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50%. 


Q5: Is there a discount for sales items?
A5:Yes, from time to time there are no additional discounts for sales items. All Sales are final and cannot be returned.

Q7: What are your shipment methods?
A7: We ship orders worldwide via Canada Post and/or UPS, special arrangements could be made for shipment with FedEx. The shipment method could be selected at the time of placing the order. Read More here
