Q1: What are your payment methods?
A1:We accept all major credit cards and process payments via Shopify or PayPall
Q2: How do I choose the right size?
A2: size fit is described on each product. All sizes measurements correspond with this chart for women's swimwear sizes

Q3: How can I check my order status?
A3:All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours, with email notifications send out on completion of shipment. We provide the waybill that allows you to track the order via the selected courier. Products ship from GTA, ON Canada
Q4: Can I edit my order after it has been confirmed?
A4:Orders that are pending can be changed or canceled without penalty. Once your order has been processed any changes made to your order will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Confirmed special orders and orders that have been shipped are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50%.
Q5: Is there a discount for sales items?
A5:Yes, from time to time there are no additional discounts for sales items. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are defined as any item that was sold on maisonpascale.com at a discount from the suggested full retail price.
